A sick day log the whole family can see
When your child gets ill, log it once: what it is, the day it started, the highest temperature you measured, and a note. Whoever does the next pickup, night shift, or doctor's visit already knows.

What a sick day holds
- The kind: fever, cold or cough, ear infection, stomach bug, rash, or your own label
- The start date, and the end date once it's over
- The highest temperature you measured, in Celsius or Fahrenheit
- A note, such as "pulling at left ear at night"
- Who logged it and when
Where it shows up
While a sick day is open, a card sits at the top of the Growth screen on every phone in the household, with the start date and who logged it. Tap Mark as over when your child is better. The full history is a tap away.
At the doctor, tap Share with doctor. While a sick day is open, the PDF opens on the Sick visit page: the current illness first, then the illness history, the latest weight, and vaccination status.
A record, not a symptom checker
TotBuddy writes down what you saw and measured. It doesn't rate a temperature, warn about how long an illness has lasted, or suggest a medicine. If you're worried about your child, call your doctor or your local health line.
TotBuddy is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice. Follow your child's doctor's plan.
Sick day questions
Does TotBuddy tell me whether a temperature is a fever?
No. TotBuddy keeps the highest temperature exactly as you entered it, in Celsius or Fahrenheit. It never colors a value, calls it high or normal, or tells you what to do. Ask your child's doctor or nurse.
Can I log medicines?
Not yet. A sick day holds the kind of illness, the dates, the highest temperature you measured, and a note. You can write a medicine and the time you gave it in the note.
Are sick days part of the free plan?
Yes. Sick days, growth charts, vaccinations, and the pediatrician PDF are on every plan. Plus adds more children and the people you invite.
