One baby record for both parents and everyone who helps

Your partner logs the weigh-in at the clinic. Grandma checks which shot is next before she takes the baby on Tuesday. You see both from your phone. TotBuddy keeps one record for each child, and everyone you invite can read it and add to it.

Invite someone from the Family tab

  1. Tap Invite

    Open the Family tab and tap Invite. TotBuddy creates a link that works for 72 hours.

  2. Send the link

    Share it by text, email, or any chat app. They install TotBuddy and open the link.

  3. They join the record

    They sign in with Apple or Google and see every child in your household right away.

Inviting someone needs Plus. On the free plan, the Invite button shows the price first.

Every entry says who logged it

Each measurement, dose, and sick day carries the name of the person who added it and when. When Sam logs an ear infection at 2 a.m., you see "Logged by Sam" on the Growth screen in the morning.

iPhone and Android, one record

The record is kept on TotBuddy's servers, not on one phone. A new entry goes to the server as soon as there's a connection, and the other phones pick it up, usually within a minute. If you're offline, the app saves the entry and sends it later.

If Plus ends, nobody is removed

Everyone stays on the record and keeps logging for every child. You can't invite someone new or add another child until you buy Plus again. See pricing.

Family sharing questions

How many people can I invite?

As many as help with your children. Plus has no limit on caregivers that a family would reach, and everyone you invite can log.

Can I remove someone?

Yes. The household owner can remove anyone from the Family tab. A caregiver can also leave a household on their own.

Does everyone I invite need Plus?

No. One Plus purchase covers the whole household, whoever buys it. The other phones switch to Plus on their next sync.

What if two people edit the same entry at once?

Two people logging different entries never conflict. If two people change the same entry at the same moment, the last change wins.
